Client

Our client is a European Fashion Discounter.

Tasks

• Search and identification of suitable new branch locations and implementation of on-site analyzes.
• Independent review, monitoring and negotiation of rental contracts for existing and new rental properties.
• Maintenance and establishment of contacts to brokers, center operators, landlords and owners.
• Support of the management in the strategic expansion planning.
• Preparation of location analyzes and feasibility studies.
• Willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and an excellent network in Portugal.
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Confident demeanor, empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and a full car driver's license.
